Interaction Research // Seven Working Prototypes

Interfaces that think in space, not timelines.

A research series on post-chat interaction design: what if documents had depth, coherence was visible, text could be sculpted by hand, and hypotheses diffed word by word? Each prototype below is fully functional — open one and interact.

Generative UI01

Prosodic Typography

Rhythm resolved in space instead of time: semantic blocks settle as an editorial score — serif thesis, sans reasoning, percussive mono data. No typewriter effects.

→ Compile three payloads live
Progressive Depth02

Semantic LOD

Every paragraph carries its own z-axis. Scroll over a block to descend from executive headline to raw query and provenance — without modals or page jumps.

→ Scroll on any block (L1–L4)
Passive Coherence03

Semantic Oscilloscope

Pin probes to critical premises in the margin. Edit freely — when text breaks an invariant, its waveform goes turbulent. Semantic linting without popups.

→ Inject conflict scenarios
Direct Manipulation04

Semantic Chisel

Vector handles applied directly onto paragraphs: squeeze to logical skeleton, fork into thesis/antithesis, merge distant blocks. No context menus.

→ Drag the chisel handles
Counterfactuals05

Ghost Diffs

Alternative hypotheses projected inside the paragraph as ghost tokens. Cherry-pick individual words from a counterfactual without branching the document.

→ Click ghost capsules ⇋
Systems Literacy06

Tactile Borrow Mesh

Rust ownership as physical cables: shared borrows flow in cyan, exclusive &mut in orange — collide them and the mesh vibrates at error E0502. Drag lifetime handles to fix it.

→ Drag the drop handle ⇕
Dynamical Systems · 3D07

Strange Attractor Collider

3,500 particles riding Lorenz, Aizawa, and Rössler attractors. Drag gravity wells through phase space to bend the chaos — with live FM sonification.

→ Drag the colored wells (WebGL)
